Free tutorial for creating a new folder
Instructions for
creating a new folder to store your fonts in before installing them.
The instructions here
are for Windows XP, but should be easily adapted for other versions of Windows.
|
Although you can add a new
folder to your desktop by right clicking and clicking on new-folder, I
am going to show you how to add a new folder to "My
Documents". Begin by clicking on start, then my documents in the
start menu.
|
|
|
Within my documents, under
file and folder tasks, click on Make a New folder. A new folder will
then show within "My Documents"
|
| |
Right click on the folder
which is now titled new folder and click on rename. Name this folder so
you can distinguish what is in the folder. I named mine Scrapbooking
Fonts.
|
| |
You are now ready to begin downloading
fonts to your new Scrapbooking Fonts folder.
